Що робити

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, delivery status, and other customer-related topics.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and collaborate to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and best practices.

Що очікуємо

  • Fluency in Italian (C1 level), both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

  • Experience or familiarity with the e-commerce or delivery services industry.
  • Work Conditions
  • Employment Type: Part-time.
  • Schedule: Shifts scheduled between 09:00 and 23:00, Monday through Saturday (7−8-hour shifts).
  • Monthly Hours: 80 hours per month.
