- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, delivery status, and other customer-related topics.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and collaborate to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and best practices.
Що очікуємо
- Fluency in Italian (C1 level), both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

- Work Conditions
- Employment Type: Part-time.
- Schedule: Shifts scheduled between 09:00 and 23:00, Monday through Saturday (7−8-hour shifts).
- Monthly Hours: 80 hours per month.
