- Manage daily customer support inquiries via email, chat, and social media
- Respond to students, schools, and wholesale customers professionally and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping, exchanges, inventory, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams regarding order status and fulfillment issues
- Manage customer communication and ticket organization through HubSpot CRM
Що очікуємо
- Previous experience in customer support, operations, retail, or e-commerce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
