Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Retention.
- Experience in iGaming, Online Casino, or Sweepstakes is required.
- Fluent English and Russian — both languages are mandatory.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calls and sales.
