As our CS Operations Manager, you will be the architect behind our entire post-sales ecosystem. Your mission is to maximize efficiency and secure critical Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets. You will own our HubSpot infrastructure, design core customer playbooks, and eliminate operational friction for our CSMs, implementation consultants, and support experts.

What you’ll do
Architect the CS Tech Stack: Own, configure, and optimize HubSpot and its integrations to establish a flawless, automated single source of truth for all customer data.
Drive Revenue Strategy & Forecasting: Build the dashboards and reporting frameworks that feed real-time insights to leadership, directly shaping annual revenue goals, churn risk mitigation, and expansion opportunities.
Scale Operational Workflows: Standardize and automate core CS processes—from onboarding to executive business reviews—cutting down manual tasks by 20% and implementing major quarterly process upgrades.
Cross-Functional Enablement: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align revenue operations, while training internal CS teams to leverage tools with maximum efficiency.
What we’re looking for
HubSpot & Data Expertise: Deep hands-on experience configuring HubSpot CRM, building advanced reports, and managing data hygiene. High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets goes without saying.
Analytical Polish: A sharp ability to dissect large datasets, spot operational bottlenecks, and translate complex metrics into actionable commercial strategies.
Process-Driven Execution: Proven experience building scalable playbooks, automations, and workflows within a B2B SaaS or fast-paced commercial environment.
Autonomy & Influence: A proactive collaborator who can easily align multiple departments, back up decisions with solid data, and autonomously drive complex projects forward.
