Що робити
- Build and maintain close relationships with international clients across multiple time zones.
- Ensure clients are satisfied and get full value from the services provided by Devico teams.
- Oversee onboarding and ongoing communication between the client and internal delivery teams.
- Conduct final interviews between clients and candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate the final interview process, ensuring effective communication between the client and candidate.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing role in an IT outsourcing or outstaffing company.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle complex conversations with clarity and empathy.
- Strong organizational skills — ability to multitask and prioritize client needs.
- Deep understanding of IT project lifecycles and team dynamics.
- Fluent English (C1+)- both written and spoken.
