- Build, configure, and maintain CRM automations in Smartico.
- Design and optimize customer journeys, trigger campaigns, and lifecycle communications.
- Configure audience segmentation, triggers, and automation logic.
- Create, launch, and optimize Email, Push, Inbox, Pop-up, and other CRM campaigns.
- Develop and adapt email templates using HTML/CSS.
Що очікуємо
- Hands-on experience with Smartico CRM.
- Experience building and maintaining CRM automations independently.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, CRM funnels, and trigger-based communications.
- Practical experience with Email, Push, Inbox, Pop-up, and other CRM channels.
- Strong knowledge of audience segmentation and behavioral targeting.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience with gamification, loyalty programs, and bonus mechanics.
- Knowledge of SQL or BI tools.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
