- Own creative strategy across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google)
- Build and run a creative testing framework (hypotheses → iterations → scaling)
- Manage and coordinate the creative production process within the team
- Analyze creative performance and generate data-driven insights
- Launch and scale creatives across multiple markets
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years in performance creative / growth / UA (Mid—Senior)
- Strong understanding of CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS, retention
- Experience with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google)
- Creative testing & performance analysis experience
- Data-driven mindset and hypothesis generation
