We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join our team.
What you will do:
Create — Come up with fresh concepts for video, static, and playable creatives — Write sharp briefs for designers and the production team, so ideas turn into assets fast
Analyze — Track CTR, CPI, CPA, and ROAS, and decide what to scale, tweak, or kill based on data — Keep an eye on competitors and trends, and bring the best of what you find into our work — Spot the creative patterns and winning approaches that perform again and again
Grow — Work side by side with media buyers and designers to push results forward — Own the improvement of CPA, conversion, ROAS, and LTV through a systematic approach to creatives — Keep building and improving our creative system, and scale what works to new GEOs and directions — Find new tools and best practices, and bring them into the process
What we are looking for — Performance mindset: experience creating creatives for digital advertising on Meta, TikTok, In-App, YouTube, or other performance channels, with a focus on CR, CPA, and ROAS — Research skills: experience running creative and competitor research — Video know-how: you create and adapt videos in different formats, including UGC content, and you use AI tools to do it faster and better (required) — Data-driven thinking: you analyze campaign results, understand the key metrics, and make decisions based on numbers, not gut feeling — Trend radar: deep understanding of digital trends and a readiness to test new tools and approaches — AI fluency: hands-on experience with AI tools for idea generation, task automation, and content creation
