Що очікуємо
- 7+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Management, or similar functions.
- 3+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles such as CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance, or equivalent.
- Proven experience building or improving finance processes in a growing business.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting.
- Experience implementing financial controls and performance management frameworks.
