- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
- Build and optimize financial processes, internal controls, and reporting standards.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, treasury, and working capital.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive management and shareholders.
Що очікуємо
- 6+ years of experience in Finance, including senior leadership positions.
- Previous experience as CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance.
- Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and financial analysis.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and corporate finance.
- Experience building finance functions and processes in fast-growing or startup environments.

- Previous experience in the iGaming, Betting, FinTech, Payments, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with licensed or regulated businesses.
- Knowledge of payment systems, PSPs, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience with ERP implementation and financial automation.
- ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification.
