  • Product Growth Strategy
  • Design and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for promoting and scaling software products in the insurance domain across the UK and Europe. Define target customer segments, value propositions, and go-to-market approaches.
  • Market & Customer Research
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and regulatory environments within the insurance sector. Identify customer pain points and translate them into clear product positioning and sales opportunities.
  • Client Engagement & Travel

Що очікуємо

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales within the financial services sector, working with banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions.
  • Proven experience selling software products, SaaS, or platform solutions in B2B environments.
  • Demonstrable experience in selling software development or integration services under a T&M engagement model.
  • Strong understanding of product-based sales models (subscription, licensing, enterprise agreements).
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills with a consistent record of revenue growth.
