Що робити

  • Primary:
  • Drive sales and manage the client base;
  • Communicate with clients, partners, and candidates via Telegram, Linkedin, WhatsApp, Email – quick responses & follow-ups
  • Conduct intro calls and briefings: gather key information, validate expectations, and help clients shape their requests;
  • Qualifying requests and make a proposal;

Що очікуємо

  • Strong written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate+);
  • At least 1+ years of experience in IT outstaff / outsource sales;
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Structured approach to CRM management;
  • Proactive mindset, analytical thinking, attention to details and initiative.
