GRIT is a specialized SEO and link-building agency serving the iGaming industry. We're looking for a hungry Account Executive who owns the full sales cycle — from identifying the right accounts to signing the contract and handing off to delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
Owning the full sales cycle: ICP research → prospecting & outreach → discovery → solution design → proposal/SOW → negotiation → close → CS handoff
Packaging and selling our core service lines: brand protection, link-building packages, and comprehensive Full Cycle SEO solutions.
Building and maintaining a qualified pipeline; researching target accounts and identifying the right entry points
Running discovery calls focused on business outcomes.
Handling objections with substance — knowing the product well enough to iterate the offer on the fly
Coordinating with delivery teams to make sure scope, timelines, and KPIs are realistic and well-framed
Keeping CRM clean (Pipedrive), forecasting accurately, and reporting on funnel health weekly
Driving cross-sell and upsell to grow new revenue
Opening doors via email, LinkedIn, and at industry events: ICE, iGB, SiGMA, SBC
What We Expect
3–5 years in sales; at least 1–2 years in B2B
1–2 years in high-risk verticals — iGaming preferred, fintech or crypto also relevant
Proven in lead generation and deal closing
Solid working knowledge of the iGaming market — operators, affiliates, key players
English B2+ — confident in writing and on calls
Organized, CRM-driven, and genuinely competitive
Nice to Have
Existing network of decision-makers in iGaming (CMO, Head of SEO, Founders)
Experience selling SEO or marketing solutions
Familiarity with outreach tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Reply / Lemlist / Instantly, Apollo / Snov / RocketReach
Comfortable reading SEO data: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush
