Що робити
- Run discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Run build-vs-buy assessments for new systems or capabilities.
- Model current and target business process states and identify opportunities for improvement before any system change is proposed.
- Define scope for each initiative — what’s in, what’s out, what’s nice-to-have.
- Write functional specifications precise enough for developers to build from.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (or equivalent) on business systems or internal product initiatives.
- Strong requirements-elicitation skills — running interviews and workshops, asking questions that uncover what stakeholders actually need rather than what they first ask for.
- Strong stakeholder facilitation — comfortable leading workshops with mixed audiences (executives, operations, engineers).
- Proficiency in business process modeling.
- Hands-on experience with scope modeling techniques — context diagrams, functional decomposition.
