Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, Power BI developers, and data engineers, to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for reporting, analytics, and process improvement.
Conduct thorough requirements analysis for reporting and analytics initiatives, including gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements to support solution design and development.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, business requirements, process flows, reporting requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Define and document KPIs, metrics, business rules, data requirements, and reporting logic to ensure solutions effectively address business needs.
Collaborate with Power BI and Foundry engineering teams to design and deliver reporting and analytics solutions that align with business objectives.

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
Experience working on reporting, analytics, BI, or data-focused projects
Good understanding of Power BI capabilities and experience defining requirements for Power BI reporting and dashboard solutions.
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
Experience creating user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria

Experience working with enterprise data platforms such as Palantir Foundry.
Hands-on experience with Power BI report development, dashboard creation, or self-service analytics.
