- What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
- Translate business goals into clear, structured documentation: business cases, functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) to support decision-making and product insights
Що очікуємо
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or fintech sector (3+ years)
- Strong command of SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau)
- Hands-on experience running Agile processes and ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Solid experience in drafting both business and technical requirements
- Proficient in modern data analysis methods and tools
