- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders;
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams;
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure accurate implementation of requirements;
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation;
- Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, user stories, workflows, and process diagrams;
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development environments;
- Strong experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements;
- Experience working with complex digital products or platforms;
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies;
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product documentation;
