- 1. Requirements & Discovery:
- Lead requirements elicitation directly with client/business stakeholders — workshops, interviews, and ongoing clarification cycles
- Orient withing existent functionality, ensuring what’s being built maps clearly back to contracted scope (flagging scope drift early)
- Translate ambiguous business needs into unambiguous, testable requirements
- 2. Specification & Backlog Ownership:
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience on software delivery projects, including direct client-facing requirements work
- Ability to write specification-grade epics and user stories (data models, acceptance criteria, API/business-logic detail)
- Ability to drive ambiguous or stalled decisions to closure
- Strong written communication — specs, decision logs, etc.
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and engineers
