Your Tasks:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate business needs into functional solutions, workflows, and process improvements
Support the design and implementation of Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
Prepare and maintain business and technical documentation, including process flows, solution designs, and user documentation
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data flows, and solution designs
Define and document data processes, data structures, and integration requirements
Write SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting activities
Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements and support implementation
Participate in testing activities, including data validation and user acceptance testing
Review dashboards and analytical reports to ensure accuracy and alignment with business requirements
Ensure data quality, consistency, and end-to-end traceability across solutions
Required Experience and Skills:
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Data, Analytics, BI, or Power Platform environments
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience working with SQL, data analysis, and data validation
1+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
1+ years of experience working with Power BI or Qlik Sense
Understanding of ETL processes, data integration, and data warehousing concepts
Experience preparing business, functional, and technical documentation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams
Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, and user acceptance testing processes
Good written and spoken English skills
Would be a Plus:
Experience with Oracle databases
Familiarity with ETL tools such as DataStage
Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or SQL integrations
Experience supporting Power Platform initiatives
Experience working in enterprise Data and Analytics environments
Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices
Experience working in distributed or international teams
