- Program and configure BMS controllers and automation equipment.
- Develop and implement building automation and control algorithms.
- Integrate HVAC, ventilation, heating, cooling, electrical and other engineering systems into a centralized management platform.
- Configure communication between controllers, sensors, actuators and third-party equipment.
- Work with BACnet, Modbus, KNX and other industrial communication protocols.

- Practical experience in BMS, building automation or closely related automation systems.
- Strong controller programming and configuration skills.
- Experience integrating HVAC and other building engineering systems.
- Good understanding of BACnet, Modbus and other communication protocols.
- Knowledge of sensors, actuators, variable frequency drives and automation equipment.
