Що робити
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them with inquiries related to their accounts, transactions, and brokerage services.
- Provide detailed information and support regarding investment products, trade execution, and account maintenance.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments if necessary.
- Monitor client positions and account statuses, including uploading client fund values to the web interface. Coordinate with the Operations and Trading departments on client account and transaction issues.
- Oversee and maintain the performance of trading software.
Що очікуємо
- Experience in any kind of tech support, preferably in CIFs.
- Experience working with a ticketing system; Jira Service Management will be an advantage.
- Good to have experience in the banking or finance sector.
- English - Upper-Intermediate, Ukrainian - Native.

- CySEC certificate will be an advantage. You may also obtain the certificate during the 6-month probation period.
