Що робити
- Proactively source qualified candidates using diverse methods and strategies to build and sustain robust talent pipelines.
- Ensure accurate and timely records of all candidate interactions in our ATS.
- Conduct market mapping and talent availability analysis across different regions to evaluate talent supply based on specific requests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest sourcing trends and recruitment best practices to improve effectiveness continuously.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of client needs and role specifics, facilitating the identification of the best fit.
Що очікуємо
- 1-4 years of professional experience in IT sourcing and/or recruiting for technical IT positions.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
- Solid understanding of IT roles and technology stacks to identify and assess relevant candidates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messages and managing candidate communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and candidates simultaneously.
