Hi! We’re GT Protocol — an AI-powered crypto trading ecosystem that helps traders automate and optimize their trading with AI.
We’re currently looking for experienced traders to partner with us on AI Hedge Fund — our public experiment exploring how AI models perform when managing investment portfolios.
Five leading AI models — Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, and Grok — manage separate virtual portfolios and compete across profitability, decision quality, and risk management. We’re also testing a Committee Variant, where each model takes on a specialized role and contributes to a shared investment strategy.
We’re looking for traders who can evaluate AI decisions from a real market perspective, identify weaknesses, and help us improve the approach.
Format: remote partnership, not traditional employment.
What you’ll do:
Analyze trading and investment decisions made by AI models
Evaluate their reasoning, risk management, and response to market conditions
Provide direct, actionable feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of AI decisions
Compare the approaches of individual models and the Committee Variant
Suggest improvements for AI Hedge Fund and our trading products
Test new AI-powered trading features and experimental solutions
Work directly with the GT Protocol C-Level and product team
What we’re looking for:
Real-world experience trading crypto markets with proofs
A well-defined approach to market analysis and trading decisions
Strong understanding of technical analysis and risk management
Ability to critically evaluate and challenge trading decisions
Willingness to share practical expertise and give direct feedback
Genuine interest in AI, automation, and the future of trading technology
Nice to have:
Systematic / algorithmic trading experience
Experience building and backtesting trading strategies
Experience with trading bots, TradingView, or exchange APIs
DeFi / CeFi experience
Your own trading community or active audience
English for working with an international team
