Our Customer: A global pharmaceutical company running an in-house enterprise delivery organization for data, analytics, digital automation and applied AI. The unit operates as a 200+ engineer delivery factory that takes solutions from idea to production while owning enterprise architecture, security and quality standards.
Your Tasks:
Own the Agentic SDLC roadmap from use-case discovery and prioritization through design, build, rollout and scaling
Manage the portfolio of AI agents across requirements, development, code review, testing, release and operations
Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define capabilities, user journeys, acceptance criteria and target outcomes
Coordinate cross-functional teams across AI, application development, data, architecture, QA, DevOps and security
Manage plans, resources, vendors, environments and integrations across parallel workstreams
Track risks and dependencies across the program and escalate them to senior stakeholders
Establish governance and quality gates covering human oversight, security, responsible AI and production readiness
Drive pilots and adoption across delivery teams, using feedback to refine the roadmap and reusable patterns
Report delivery metrics on cycle time, quality, productivity and delivery transparency to leadership
Required Experience and Skills:
5+ years of experience managing complex technology projects or programs in software development, AI, data or digital products
Deep understanding of end-to-end SDLC processes, roles, controls and engineering practices
Hands-on experience with product management or product delivery, including discovery, roadmap definition and backlog prioritization
Expert-level knowledge of Jira, including workflow and board configuration, backlog and release management, dashboards, automation and delivery metrics
Working knowledge of generative AI, AI agents and agentic workflows, including orchestration, tool integration, evaluation and human oversight
Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional delivery teams
Proven ability to manage scope, resources, risks, dependencies and vendors across parallel workstreams
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder expectations across business and engineering
Strong command of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in ambiguous, multi-workstream environments
Strong facilitation and negotiation skills at senior management level
English — Upper-Intermediate
Would Be a Plus:
Hands-on experience delivering AI agents, copilots, developer productivity solutions or intelligent automation
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Power Platform
Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Confluence, GitHub or comparable delivery tools
Experience with AI evaluation, data and AI governance or responsible AI practices
Experience with security, privacy or validation in regulated environments
Project, product or Agile certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CSPO, CSM, PSM or SAFe)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
