Що робити
- Define, plan, and manage project scope, schedule, and budget across the full development lifecycle.
- Translate system-level requirements and architecture decisions into actionable project plans and work breakdown structures.
- Coordinate day-to-day execution across hardware, embedded, software, and AI/DSP engineering teams.
- Track project progress, manage the backlog, and run planning ceremonies (sprint/iteration planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change requests, escalating where needed.
Що очікуємо
- Solid background in the IT/Tech industry with a deep understanding of product development life cycles.
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager on systems engineering, embedded, robotics, avionics, radar, RF, EW, UAV, or defense technology projects.
- Proven experience planning and tracking projects that combine hardware, embedded, and software workstreams.
- Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and requirements/traceability management.
- Understanding of field constraints: latency, reliability, maintainability, and real-world operational conditions.
