English: Fluent English (B2-C1) is a must. You should be comfortable leading client calls, negotiating rates and contracts, handling objections, and discussing expansion opportunities entirely in English.
What success looks like: You don’t wait for a client to ask for another developer. You understand their plans, identify the opportunity, start the conversation, and turn a successful engagement into a larger, long-term partnership.
Working terms:
A long-term role in a stable, fast-growing company
Flexible working hours with a results-oriented approach
Competitive salary and benefits package (vacation, sick leave, national holidays)
Comfortable workspace, corporate events, and team-building
Continuous learning, professional growth, and skill development
