Account Manager / Customer Support

Що робити

Deliver and manage ad accounts, handling appeals, monitor status and spend, handle ID reviews
Provide prompt, effective support aligned with company standards via chat, occasional video calls when needed
Onboard new clients, walk them through the service, set expectations, build trust from day one
Resolve account issues, bans, unlocks, proxy errors and keep clients in the loop throughout
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, support retention of existing clients

Що очікуємо

2+ Years Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the affiliate marketing field.
Experience in affiliate marketing or previous experience with ad launches will be a great advantage.
B2 English level or above, both written and verbal.
Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Proven ability to take initiative and resolve issues independently.
