- Moderate live chat during live streams.

- Excellent written English with the ability to communicate simply and friendly.
- C1 English level or higher.
- Proven Customer Support experience is a must.
- Strong contextual awareness to know when a short reply is enough and when a question should be forwarded to Vira.
- High emotional resilience to handle negativity calmly without entering into arguments.
