Remote | Part-Time ~10 hours/week | Ready to review candidates without experience
We’re looking for an assertive and highly organized Webinar Program & Marketing Coordinator to support our international HR community webinar program.
What you’ll do
Coordinate the webinar process from speaker confirmation to event completion.
Communicate with speakers in professional English and guide them through the preparation process.
Collect speaker information, biographies, photos, presentation details, and other required materials.
Track deadlines, monitor progress, and ensure every webinar stays on schedule.
Follow up proactively, identify risks early, and solve issues before they impact delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all webinar content is published and promoted on time.
