Що робити
- Own and continuously improve the company’s Delivery function.
- Lead and develop Project and Delivery Managers, strengthening their ownership and management capabilities.
- Maintain visibility across the project portfolio, including project health, risks, capacity, budgets, margins, and key dependencies.
- Identify Delivery risks early and ensure timely mitigation and escalation management.
- Improve Delivery processes, standards, governance, and performance metrics without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
Що очікуємо
- 7+ years of experience in software Delivery, Project, or Program Management, including leadership experience.
- Experience managing multiple software development projects or a project portfolio.
- Proven experience leading and developing Project or Delivery Managers.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, estimation, resource planning, risk management, and Delivery methodologies.
- Experience in an outsourcing, consulting, or software services company.
