- Execute manual and automated test scenarios using in-house testing tools.
- Verify VoIP call routing and expected system behavior.
- Validate SIP signaling, RTP media flow, call setup, call teardown, and routing logic.
- Test call quality, audio path, and common call scenarios, including successful calls, failed calls, and rerouting.
- Analyze test results and identify unexpected behavior.

- Basic understanding of VoIP technologies and concepts.
- Familiarity with SIP, RTP, codecs, and general call flow.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured test procedures.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written communication and reporting skills.
