About the opportunity
Intent Solutions Group is launching a Virtual Event Operations Bootcamp for people who want to start a career in virtual event operations, live streaming, and technical support. During the Bootcamp, you’ll learn how professional virtual events and live streams are delivered for enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 companies and global organizations. You’ll gain hands-on experience with video conferencing platforms, live streaming, technical troubleshooting, and real-time event support.
What you’ll learn
Enterprise virtual event workflows and live event operations
Zoom and Microsoft Teams for professional events
OBS Studio and live streaming fundamentals
Audio, video, connectivity, and streaming troubleshooting
Presenter and attendee support
Real-time event monitoring and incident response
Basic networking concepts related to video conferencing and streaming
Enterprise support, communication, and escalation procedures

Who we’re looking for
English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher
Strong communication skills
Interest in technology, live streaming, and virtual events
Ability to learn quickly and stay calm under pressure
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
No previous professional experience is required
