Operations Specialist (Business Development)

Що очікуємо

• You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or business development and at least 2 years of experience in data analysis and transforming complex datasets into clear, data-driven insights that support decisions.
• You are highly proficient with data and reporting tools (e.g. Google Sheets, dashboards, BI tools like Looker or similar).
• You excel at engaging with customers, pitching ideas, negotiating terms, and closing sales across various formats, including in-person meetings, phone conversations, and written communications.
• You have a solid understanding of the business landscape, including market trends and competitor analysis — you think strategically and align your analyses with business goals.
• You’re fluent in English and Ukrainian and possess good communication, collaboration, negotiation and networking skills. Experience in sales or account management would be an advantage.
