Що робити
- Run VAS projects end to end: service concept → operator integration and testing → launch → post-launch support and iteration.
- Keep everyone aligned: daily communication with operators, external partners, and internal teams; clear ownership, clear deadlines, work that actually ships.
- Own service health: monitor stability and daily performance of live services, and act before small issues become outages.
- Resolve issues at the root: diagnose where a problem genuinely originates, then fix it or route it to the right person fast.
- Coordinate delivery: delegate to internal teams and contractors, and hold the line on quality and timelines.
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years in Telco, with hands-on VAS experience
- Strong grasp of core operator functionality: billing cycles, charging and subscription flows, VAS lifecycle management
- Proven track record leading VAS projects from concept through launch
- Ownership mindset – you spot what needs doing and do it without being asked or reminded
- English C1 or above
