Що робити
- Own acquisition budgets across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Scale winning campaigns/creatives - budget allocation, bidding, audience expansion
- Track CPA, ROAS, LTV, payback period, retention by cohort
- Test new acquisition channels beyond the current stack
- Coordinate with the Performance Marketer to avoid overlap and align on scale vs. test
Що очікуємо
- 2-4 years in UA/performance marketing, ideally subscription or app-based products
- Hands-on experience with major ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Strong grip on unit economics (CPA/ROAS/LTV) for budget decisions
- Experience scaling campaigns, not just launching/testing
- Comfortable as a peer to a strong performance marketer, not above or below
