⚫️ Responsibilities: ✦ Participate in Customer Discovery and user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, product analytics). ✦ Create User Flows, Personas, and Information Architecture to guide the design process. ✦ Develop Wireframes and UI kits. ✦ Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma with animations and transitions. ✦ Provide design consultations and advisory to internal teams and external clients. ✦ Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
⚫️ Must-Have Skills & Experience: ✦ 4+ years of UI/UX design experience. ✦ Strong knowledge of UX processes and research methods. ✦ Solid grasp of UI design principles and techniques. ✦ Empathy and ability to identify target audience needs. ✦ Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator. ✦ Experience with user behavior tracking, A/B testing, usability testing. ✦ Skills in color, composition, and typography hierarchy. ✦ Basic understanding of software development and technology. ✦ Strong team player with collaborative mindset. ✦ Upper-intermediate (B2+) English proficiency in both written and spoken form. ✦ Portfolio showcasing diverse design projects (required).
