The entire engineering department works on collecting billions of social media posts daily, processing them with cutting-edge technologies, and providing meaningful insights to our customers.
Your Mission:
Hands-on design for the biggest and most complex parts of the YouScan platform. You will turn sophisticated AI-driven data into clear, intuitive interfaces, working side by side with product managers and engineers from problem framing to shipped product. Depending on the initiatives you join, you own the full design process (research, solution exploration, high-fidelity UI, and quality through implementation) or act as a consultant to guide teammates towards the best solution.
What you’ll do
Design end-to-end on our most complex initiatives — from problem framing and research to polished, high-fidelity interfaces.
Transform sophisticated AI-driven data and “Visual Insights” (like image recognition and sentiment analysis) into clean, intuitive dashboards and workflows.
Use product analytics, user behaviour data and conversations with customers to find friction points and validate decisions before and after shipping.
Work closely with engineers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and maintain high quality during the implementation phase.
Contribute to and help maintain our internal design library to ensure visual and functional consistency.
Be the voice of the customer, ensuring we are solving the right problems in the most elegant way possible.
Work in two or three product contexts at the same time, switching between them and keeping each one moving.
What we’re looking for
6+ years of experience as a Product Designer with serious, grounded design expertise — you have shipped complex products and seen how they perform in the wild. B2B SaaS experience is required.
A portfolio that tells a story. We want to see your process. How you define problems, iterate through solutions, and the final high-fidelity results.
Strong Data Visualization skills. A knack for making dense, AI-driven data easy to read and act upon is essential to us.
Proficiency in modern tooling. Our team has always iterated fast on design and we don’t rely on perfectly polished Figma components managed by a full team of designers. Today, we are using the most recent tooling to achieve better results. Close familiarity with AI for higher productivity is a must.
Research-driven product mindset. You don’t just “design” or create screens — you talk to users, look at the data, and validate your assumptions before (and after) shipping.
Clear thinking and structured communication. You can explain the “why” behind your design decisions without noise and can present your ideas clearly to stakeholders. Also, you are open to feedback.
Strong English (Proven Upper-Intermediate+). You are comfortable communicating and conducting research in an international, English-speaking environment.
High autonomy and ownership. You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you manage your own time and take full responsibility for your projects
