About the role
Own the UX/UI for our AI girlfriend web & mobile product
Design flows that turn visitors into engaged, paying users
Work closely with product, growth, and dev teams
Iterate fast based on data and A/B testing
What we're looking for
Strong background designing B2C software, (mobile) games, gambling, or dating products
Solid product understanding — you think in user value, not just pixels
Experience with Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
Deep care for User Experience and intuitive flows
Skilled in Figma (or similar) and design systems
Comfortable with funnels, onboarding, paywalls, and retention design
Data-driven mindset — you test, measure, and improve
Bonus: experience with monetisation, gamification, or subscription products
