Що робити
- Maintain existing Figma files and ensure consistency across screens, flows, and components
- Design and ship new product screens and user flows for the CRM/ATS and talent product
- Maintain and extend shared component libraries, variables, and design tokens; document their usage and states
- Design responsive marketing and product pages, from wireframes to fully branded UI
- Create interactive prototypes and prepare clean, development-ready handoff (including correct Code Connect mappings)
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in Product / UX/UI design, preferably in B2C SaaS or web applications
- Advanced Figma skills: auto layout, components and variants, variables and modes, styles, prototyping, branching, and shared library maintenance
- Strong experience working with design systems — extending component libraries and token systems rather than only using them
- Experience with complex, responsive interfaces — data-heavy systems (tables, filters, multi-step flows, CRM/ATS), as well as marketing and landing pages for desktop and mobile
- Strong collaboration and developer handoff skills — defining and documenting states and flows; preparing production-ready specs and working closely with engineers
