We’re looking for a passionate Trainee Product Designer to join our team and start their journey in crafting high-quality, impactful digital experiences. What will you do?
Assist in the project’s discovery phase, helping to uncover user insights and define problems under the guidance of senior designers.
Participate in the product design lifecycle: from ideation and prototyping to preparing designs for developer hand-off.
Learn how to balance user needs with business metrics (KPIs, conversion rates, retention) to create valuable solutions.
Explore and adopt AI-augmented design workflows to streamline your daily tasks.
Shadow senior designers during client calls and collaborate with PMs and developers, learning how to effectively communicate and present design decisions.
Help conduct user research and usability testing, assisting in analyzing qualitative and quantitative feedback.
Actively participate in the Design Department’s activities to continuously learn best practices and product strategy frameworks.
What are we looking for?
Solid theoretical foundation in UI/UX or Product Design (completed specialized courses, bootcamps, or strong self-education).
Understanding of how to create product artifacts such as Competitive Analysis, User Flows, and interactive prototypes.
Online portfolio (or PDF) with at least 1-2 detailed case studies (pet projects or course works are perfectly fine) showcasing your design process, logic, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in standard design tools (Figma is a must).
High interest in or basic familiarity with AI-powered design tools (Claude Design, Figma AI, etc.).
Good communication skills in English (C1 Level).
A proactive mindset, openness to constructive feedback, and a strong drive to grow into a Junior Product Designer.
Up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Will be a plus:
Basic familiarity with product analytics concepts (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
Understanding of JTBD (Jobs-to-be-Done) framework.
Basic UI animation skills.
Experience with the Adobe suite or early experiments with AI-coding tools.
