- As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing candidates daily across multiple channels to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline;
- Screening and assessing candidate profiles to ensure alignment with role requirements and team culture;
- Conducting market research and talent mapping to proactively identify and engage potential hires;
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from first outreach through to offer stage — with transparency and care;
Що очікуємо
- We’re looking for a Recruiter who has:
- 0.5 year of commercial experience as a Recruiter/Sourcer, OR completed recruitment/sourcing courses with a strong desire and readiness to learn quickly;
- Experience with or solid awareness of AI tools used in recruitment (Claude, Gemini, Zapier, Bluedot AI, etc.);
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray, Boolean search, and similar;
- Proven skills in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates, particularly via LinkedIn;
