Що робити
- ✅ Sourcing candidate contacts through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Telegram communities, and other channels;
- ✅ Searching for candidates for non-IT positions (Designers, Retention Specialists, Affiliate Managers, Media Buyers, etc.);
- ✅ Working with various recruitment tools and platforms;
- ✅ Conducting pre-screening interviews;
- ✅ Communicating with hiring managers.
Що очікуємо
- ✅ 3+ years of recruitment experience;
- ✅ General understanding of technologies used in the IT industry;
- ✅ Experience recruiting specialists in the gambling niche (Retention, Design, Affiliate, Media Buyers, etc.);
- ✅ Knowledge of X-Ray Search, Boolean Search, job boards, LinkedIn Search, GitHub, and Stack Overflow;
- ✅ Intermediate English level or higher;
