Important skills: - 2+ years of experience in a technical support, operations, or engineering role within a data-intensive environment.
- Experience working with automation tools and large-scale data collection workflows.
- Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, ClickHouse, or similar.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions, including Grafana, LogChef, or related tools.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and DevOps engineers.
In our team you will: - Configure and onboard new environments, clients, and data sources. - Investigate and resolve issues related to data harvesting processes. - Monitor and improve the performance and availability of data collection systems. - Track the health and status of integrations and data pipelines. - Participate in production deployments, ensuring stable releases with minimal customer impact. - Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to maintain operational excellence.
