Що робити
- create and maintain technical documentation for ClassOwl's platform (API references, internal specs, release notes)
- write user-facing guides and instructions for school staff (admissions, gradebook, invoicing, timetabling modules)
- work directly with developers and QA to understand new features before they ship, and translate them into documentation
- review and structure existing documentation, identify gaps, and keep materials up to date as the product evolves
- collaborate with the business analysis team to ensure documentation reflects actual user stories and requirements
