Your expertise:
1+ years of experience as a systems administrator (support engineer)
Hands-on technical experience with Windows 10/11 operation systems
Good knowledge of Linux OS, and macOS
Basic Windows OS administration skills
Good Knowledge of PC`s internal components
Familiar with Active Directory and user managing
Understanding of the server and network infrastructure
Excellent communication skills
An ardent desire to learn continually and grow professionally
Will definitely be a plus:
Basic Windows and Linux Servers administration skills
English: sub-Intermediate and higher
1st line on-shift Technical Support experience

You will be involved into:
The provision of technical support to internal users (operating system problems, software errors, user profile errors, diagnostics of equipment and network connections), including answering questions, and assistance in the installation and configuration of the workstations and services of the company
Repair/replacement of components for workstations, laptops, etc
New user`s workplaces commissioning
Assistance in office and datacenter equipment connecting
Creating simple user manuals
