L1 Support Specialist (Payments / High-Risk Gateway)

Що робити

  • Communicate via Telegram with merchant support representatives regarding problematic transactions
  • Communicate with payment provider support teams to resolve operational issues
  • Escalate complex or unusual cases to the Team Lead
  • Manage transactions in the admin panel (status updates, amount adjustments, etc.)
  • Monitor and support payment flow operations in a high-risk payment gateway environment

Що очікуємо

  • Experience in payment operations / merchant support / payment aggregator support (mandatory)
  • Basic understanding of how payment systems and transaction flows work
  • Strong attention to detail and responsibility
  • Ability to work in shift-based schedule (2/2, 12-hour shifts)
  • Written English B1+ level (mandatory)
