Що робити
- Communicate via Telegram with merchant support representatives regarding problematic transactions
- Communicate with payment provider support teams to resolve operational issues
- Escalate complex or unusual cases to the Team Lead
- Manage transactions in the admin panel (status updates, amount adjustments, etc.)
- Monitor and support payment flow operations in a high-risk payment gateway environment
Що очікуємо
- Experience in payment operations / merchant support / payment aggregator support (mandatory)
- Basic understanding of how payment systems and transaction flows work
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility
- Ability to work in shift-based schedule (2/2, 12-hour shifts)
- Written English B1+ level (mandatory)
