- Formulate and drive the overarching technical architecture strategy, aligning technology initiatives with core business objectives
- Define, establish, and enforce enterprise architecture standards, engineering principles, and governance frameworks across engineering teams
- Spearhead emerging technology research and R&D initiatives to evaluate new tools, frameworks, and trends for business integration
- Cultivate and scale shared skills, technical competencies, and engineering best practices across cross-functional tech organizations
- Establish continuous improvement programs to optimize engineering performance, code quality, and system scalability
Що очікуємо
- Proven executive or senior-level architectural leadership experience within high-scale enterprise environments (preferably Fintech or Payments)
- Deep technical expertise in enterprise software design, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and microservices architecture
- Strong track record of establishing organizational technology governance frameworks and engineering quality standards
- Hands-on experience leading R&D efforts, prototyping emerging tech, and successfully transitioning innovations into production
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineering teams, foster continuous learning, and elevate collective technical capabilities
