Functional Analyst

Що робити

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure technology solutions meet business goals.
• Perform the end-to-end analysis of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and design sessions with cross-functional teams to gather insights, challenge assumptions and validate solutions.
• Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, developers, and testers to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Support initiatives across Internal Firm Services (IFS) functions such as HR or Finance, working with stakeholders to understand both common requirements and function-specific processes.
