Що робити
- Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and priorities for the SMS automation platform.
- Run discovery with internal teams and translate business needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Define MVP scope, prioritize initiatives, and drive regular releases with engineering.
- Design the multi-provider sending layer, including provider integrations, routing logic, throughput management, automatic failover, and route health monitoring.
- Own integration requirements across SMS providers, including APIs, webhooks, delivery statuses, rate limits, and error normalization.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in product roles (Product Owner / Product Manager), including at least 2 years owning a B2B or internal platform product end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience with messaging infrastructure such as SMS/A2P, email, or push at scale.
- Strong understanding of messaging delivery, including providers/aggregators, routes, carriers, DLRs, and deliverability.
- Experience integrating multiple third-party providers and working with APIs, webhooks, status normalization, rate limits, and failover.
- Working knowledge of US SMS compliance, including TCPA, CTIA guidelines, 10DLC, opt-out handling, and quiet hours.
