Що робити
- Work directly with clients to understand business needs, lead discovery sessions, clarify requirements, and propose solutions.
- Own project scope and requirements, including analysis, documentation, prioritization, and change management.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical approaches and translate business needs into actionable tasks.
- Manage project delivery, including planning, team coordination, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Build strong client relationships, manage expectations, and maintain transparent communication.
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of experience in software development projects, with hands-on involvement in both Business Analysis and Project Management.
- Strong technical understanding of software development, APIs, integrations, and system architecture concepts.
- Proven experience working directly with international clients, leading discussions, and managing expectations.
- Strong business analysis skills, including discovery, scope definition, requirements management, and backlog prioritization.
- Experience owning project delivery, coordinating development teams, and managing risks, timelines, and dependencies.
